RnD Support Analyst (m/f/d)
Join the Releases & Support team and use your excellent problem-solving skills to
support the release of new software for IMS leading edge technology. Based in Vienna,
work together with other support teams to provide solutions for multi-beam mask writers
at our customer sites around the world.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing 3rd level support for our multi beam mask writer with the focus on software
issues
- Become an essential part at the interface between our internal test benches,
customer projects and developer groups
- Analyze tool data to understand root causes of issues and gain a broad
understanding of the multi beam mask writer and software architecture
- Performing the analysis of error reports, document your results and present them in
the team
- Prepare and perform internal tests of software bug fixes to support the release of
new software and become a multi-talented debugging expert
Your Qualifications:
- Technical or scientific degree
- Familiar with the Linux command line interface and you are comfortable in working in
a Linux-based computing environment
- Very well structured, accurate and you have a strong analytical working approach
- You are keen on using ticket tracking systems (Jira), collaboration software
(Confluence) and version control systems (git, gitlab)
- Basic programming skills, e.g. shell scripting/Python, are beneficial
- Enjoy working independently and in the team
- High resilient and confident to face challenges
- Good command of written and spoken English and you can convey technical content
clearly
